The Quilt is a modern, universal solution for spring and autumn camping trips. During warmer nights it can be used as regular bedding, enough for two people, or it can be fixed to the mattress, attaching it along the bottom edge using the zipper and welt. Its open design ensures that the insulation properties of the down are utilised to their fullest, without restricting movement, making it an ideal solution for those who dislike confined spaces. Yet another advantage is the new way of attaching it to a mattress, far more conveniently than before.
Note: Synthetic sleeping bags do not have the same insulating capacity at the same weight as high-quality down sleeping bags.

Oproti nejlehčí řadě spacáků od Cumulus X-lite ušetříte další gramy a získáte něco navíc. Na X-lite mi nejvíc nevyhovovala nemožnost rozepnout si část spacáku u nohou. Má žena je zmrzlina a nemá oproti mně s tímto absolutně problém, ba naopak. Mě se ale nohy povětšinou potí a možnost jeho použití závisí dost na teplotě venku, což na delší výpravě, kde se počasí mění každým dnem, může být celkem problém.
Řešením se pro mě stal Quilt, který jsem si zamiloval. Pokryl teploty od jarních mrazíků, kdy jsem jej doplnil a komfort si navýšil péřovou bundou, až po letní pařáky, kdy slouží spíš jako přikrývka, pod kterou ukryju nejen sebe ale i dítě.
Používám ho jak s popruhy přes karimatku, tak bez nich, kdy quilt sepnu k sobě a funguje dost podobně jako spacák se škvírou na zádech. Oproti spacáku tak získáte více možností použití.
