You can return or exchange goods in several ways: by post, by any courier service or in person.
Except for personal return in our store, it is necessary to fill out the form and add it to the package. When exchanging goods for another size or color, please specify your request in the form together in the box with the returned goods. We recommend to check the availability in advance, for example by e-mail to info@pod7kilo.cz.

3. Who covers the shipping cost and when will we refund your money
Shipping back to us is paid by the buyer, please do not send the package as cash on delivery. After receiving the package, we will inform you by e-mail and refund your money within fourteen days (usually earlier).
